Sad as it may sound, i’d bet the porn police could consider a comic frame in isolation to determine age of drawn characters. Therefore if any character looks human and under 18, regardless of race or age in the storyline you might get them after you.
if the porn police didn’t do this way, people would just draw and publish fake surrounding story as a kind of protective shield against possible prosecution. Then the underage porn artist could then just distribute the “juicy bits” comics, leaving out the part of the story where the character is a dwarf and 47 years old or just turned 18 or whatever.
Frankly I think the law is ridiculous and they’re trying to enforce and prosecute people for being the “kind” of person who would draw or enjoy underage or borderline porn. Then they set the age border old enough that there is little physical maturity difference between a 22 year old and a 17 year old. In art, there could be even less difference. Now they can go after anyone they don’t like.
I just thought I’d make my warning now before Sam manages to get to Wench Wendy. I’d hate for the thought police to come a-knocking at your door.
